Taleb H. Al-theanat

Projects Manager/Managing Director

Since joining Hydrogen Energy Co. in 2017, Taleb has been pivotal in ensuring top-tier construction quality, punctual delivery, and adherence to budgetary constraints for all projects. His meticulous oversight of design reviews, document management, and team leadership continues to uphold the company’s prestigious standards in the energy sector.

As a managing Director, he is also leading the development and execution of the company’s long term strategy. Mr.Al-theanat is responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the company’s long and short term plans. He is also  responsible for the development of an international reputation for the company and to establish new links with external partners, and build upon existing relationships.

He received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology. He received his M.S. degree in electrical engineering and renewable energy from the University of Bridgeport, USA with a 4.0 GPA out of 4.0 (with first class honors).

He is currently the MENA Director at GIEE. He was a Research Scientist at the Nanotechnology Institute at Jordan University of Science & Technology. From 2014 to 2016, he was a Graduate Assistant with the faculty of engineering at the University of Bridgeport. He was Planning Engineer at Eversource Energy Co. in Westwood, MA, USA. He is an instructor at the Global Institute of Electrical Engineering (GIEE). He is the author of one book and more than 8 articles. He is a GIEE Certified Photovoltaic Systems Professional (CPSP). His current research interests: Grid Integration of Renewable Energy Systems, Photovoltaic Systems, Electric Power, Protection and Distribution Systems, Power Electronics, Microgrid and Smart Grid.

Mr. Al-theanat is a member of the Global Institute of Electrical Engineering (GIEE), the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Jordan Engineers Association (JEA), Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Golden Key International Honour Society.

Mr. Al-theanat awards and honors include a Certificate of Accomplishment, University of Bridgeport, May 6, 2017, Love of Learning Award, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society on November 14, 2016, AAAEA 10th Annual Scholarship on November 13, 2016 and the University of Bridgeport Electrical Engineering (M.S) Academic Achievement Award in May 2016.

Mohammad B. Dweekat

Director of Operations

is our Director of Operations and has been with Hydrogen Energy since its very beginning. He manages our Installation Team, vehicles, and oversees material procurement to get the job done well and on time.

Hadeel Z. Sawalmeh

Director of Projects Development

She now handles most of the back office paperwork and operations at Hydrogen Energy, from finalizing projects to applying for applying for utility permits. She enjoys helping customers take advantage of their solar potential and the incentives that come with clean energy.

Ahmad S. Al-Omari

Director of Sales

He plays a key role in building a solid Sales Team, designing new sales strategies, and prioritizing sales efforts to optimize results.

Layal Jaradat

Permit & Interconnection Coordinator

Layal is a key part of our Operations Team. For every commercial and residential solar project, she coordinates all electrical and building permits, important municipal documentation, and communications with cities and utility companies.
